I practise a functional medicine approach to nutrition, which gets to the heart of what is driving your symptoms and health conditions. I am not limited to a 10 minute consultation, as GP’s are. I take the time to explore your full story and ensure that you feel heard. If you are dealing with ongoing health problems that traditional healthcare can't seem to resolve, I am here to help you explore natural alternatives to improving your symptoms. I will help you to heal your body naturally, from the inside-out. My aim is to support you to make small and sustainable changes that lead to a healthier, happier life. And I translate the science of nutrition into an easy-to-follow and practical programme that fits into your lifestyle.

Good nutrition is not as simple as getting the recommended intake of nutrients daily. It is about tailoring your way of eating to your unique needs and lifestyle - it is about developing healthy habits that work for YOU.
We are as biochemically individual as our personalities and what works for one person may not work for the other. I look at each person as a whole, focusing not only on nutrition and physical health, but also on emotional and mental factors.
What does a consultation entail?

Questionnaire
Upon booking your consultation, I will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and Three Day Food Diary to ensure that our time together is most effective.

Initial consultation
You will have a 60-minute initial consultation with me, during which time, I will deep-dive into your health history, any symptoms you are living with and get a better understanding of your goals.

Nutrition programme
Following your consultation, I will create your Personal Nutrition & Lifestyle programme. This will include goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations and testing referrals (if required).

Follow up
Depending on your preferred consultation package, I will then schedule your follow up consultation(s). This creates an opportunity for progress reviews, adjustments, and next steps leading to long-term change.
