As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopathic Nutritionist, I am dedicated to helping clients get back in touch with their bodies, find balance and thrive.
I am trained in Functional Medicine, Biomedicine and Human Sciences, achieving a distinction in Nutritional Therapy from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). As a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I continue extensive further education and research on mental health and longevity.
Prior to running my nutrition practice, I held a variety of Corporate roles including positions at ITV plc, Cision and Pearson Publishing. My background is rooted in journalism, public relations and the media, so I am no stranger to a fast-paced and pressurised working environment, and the potential impact that can have on our wellbeing. As a Mum of two, I also have first-hand experience of juggling parenthood, work and everything else life has to throw at us!
I adopt a functional medicine approach to nutrition, which is backed by science and gets to the root cause of what is driving undesirable health symptoms. I then utilise the most up to date nutritional science to provide you with straightforward guidance and tools to help you feel like yourself again. Life is hectic and I am a realist, so I keep my advice easy and practical to accommodate for a busy lifestyle.
I firmly believe that food should be a source of pleasure and not stress. I encourage my clients to make gradual changes so new habits stick and most importantly, are enjoyable. There is great value in becoming the master of your own health and empowerment from embracing food freedom rather than restrictive diets.
When I am not in my 1:1 clinic, I host group talks and workshops empowering employees with the skills and knowledge to transform their health, happiness and productivity.
